Moving to Japan...

...is something I would like to do. Everything there is just so neat. Anyway... any of you into JPop? Wondering where the BEST places to find mp3's would be. So far I've tried emule, winmx, soulseek, IRC, Direct Connect, Winny, and Share. Sure there's tons of stuff on those.. but I need more. Can anyone direct me to the right places? Also.. any of you guys getting the free stuff you've signed up for?? Some of it may take a few months to get there actually... shipping is slowwwwwwwwww since it's free. Well, if you have received something be sure to post it in the "What I got in the mail for free today! thread.

*I will have a link for The Andy Milonakis Show up by the end of the day. It's been pretty hard to find.. no torrents for it or anything else... but since I'm special(or lucky) I have it in my possession and am willing to share it.*

Neat shirts from Japan.

Another Japanese flash game.

Free 1GB of webspace with a 15MB file size limit, 100GB of bandwidth a month, PHP/MYSQL, CGI, and SSI are all available options with FTP coming very soon.

Google now has 'Google Video'! A few months ago Google released an uploader to add videos but now we can finally watch them as well.

This is what happens when you tan too much ladies... and not-so-straight guys.

"Ten Most Harmful Books of the 19th and 20th Centuries." Interesting article, even for me... and I hate books.

A follow-up to that last link... here's some vintage propaganda posters from Russia, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Cuba.

Over 2000 photos of the Mermaid Parade. There's some breasts in there.. so have a look.

FREE 6 issues of Hardcore Gamer Magazine.

Free DVD of screensavers for your TV. Yes it's dumb.. but it's FREE!

Reminder that tomorrow, June 29th, is the FREE Starbucks ice cream social. Check with your local store for times.

FREE Rand McNally's “Discover America Road Atlas” and “Quick Reference World Atlas” set.

Random picture of the day.

Daily Torrents...

3.Miles Davis - Bitches Brew [1969]

Atgig.com will not let you register. Shows too many users. Has anybody ever used this service or not??

Alot of Japanese people use WinMX (they refer to it as "winny" - they like "Winney the Pooh" alot too..)

The majority of the j-pop will be in japanese script - kanji, hiragana, katakana.

Assuming you dont speak Japanese or know anyone who does, install Japanese-IME & you could find j-pop chart listings online in Jap.
and copy and paste the titles or artists into the search field.

to anonymous about winny.... winny is actually different than winmx.. winny was made to replace winmx yet never did. i would group winny and share in the same group. you're right about the kanji... everything i find with share or winny i cant read.. haha. ill try and install the japanese lang pack and copy and paste some stuff... but i have a feeling that unless i know japanese myself.. iwont be able to use them to well.

and as for limewire... i tried it.. and it sucks. theres nothing on limewire i couldnt find on every other p2p prog out there.

i think im gonna have to find some actual japanese people to do this for me ;)
